These terms govern your use of the osageridge.com website and your engagement of roofing, gutter, siding and related construction services from Osage Ridge Roofing & Construction (Osage Ridge LLC), a licensed contractor holding Kansas license KS 22-008052.

Use of this website

This website is provided to give homeowners and property owners across Missouri and Kansas information about our services, service area and company, and to let you request a free inspection or quote. Content on this site — including text, photography and the roofing projects described — belongs to Osage Ridge LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Requesting an inspection or quote

Submitting a form on this site is a request for us to contact you — it is not a contract for services. Any roofing, repair, replacement, gutter, tarping or related work is governed by a separate written estimate or agreement provided before work begins, which will set out scope, materials, pricing and timeline.

Workmanship guarantee

Osage Ridge Roofing & Construction provides a five-year workmanship guarantee on all full roofing, gutter, or siding projects, covering defects in our installation labor. This guarantee is separate from, and in addition to, any warranty provided by the material manufacturer (including Owens Corning and Malarkey products we install). Guarantee terms are confirmed in your project agreement.

Financing

Where zero-down-payment financing or financing for insurance-claim deductibles is offered, financing terms are provided by the applicable lender and subject to that lender's approval and terms, not by Osage Ridge LLC directly.

Limitation of liability

While we take care to keep the information on this site accurate, roofing conditions, material availability and pricing can change. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quote until confirmed in writing following an inspection.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Osage Ridge LLC operates as a licensed contractor in both Missouri and Kansas (KS 22-008052).
